2025 Season-end Awards Ceremony and Shotgun Sisterhood Shoot-off (Saturday, September 6th, 2025)

THE FIRST 100 REGISTERED SHOOTERS WILL HAVE THEIR AMMUNITION INCLUDED IN THEIR REGISTRATION! (This is for 2025 WSSA League Shooters only)

AND an opportunity to attend an event with DAWN GRANT! (Friday, September 5th, 2025…5-7 p.m.)

Dawn Grant is mental trainer for athletes!  This is an excellent opportunity to learn what might be holding you back from performing at your best!

Guest Lunch (this is for non-shooting guest) (+$15.00) *

Bringing a guest? Please note that each shooter has one lunch included in their registration. Additional lunches will require an additional purchase. All proceeds to the Education First-East Helena Highschool Program to help the kids to go Italy and France to learn about sustainable farming! These kids will be providing and serving lunch! Bring some tip money for the kiddies:)

This is event is intended for newer shooters and will be hosted by Tracy Kienitz, Master Women Gun-fitter, owner of Passionate Outlaws, and Founder of W.S.S.A. 2-4 p.m. Friday, Sept 5th, 2025. Appetizers and beverages included! (Please note this clinic is before the Dawn Grant Event and they are two separate events!)

This event is open to 2025 W.S.S.A. registered shooters ONLY! Each shooter is invited to bring spouse/partner for an additional fee. (Please note that this is an opportunity for WSSA shooters to improve their performance so Q&A sessions are only available to shooters not guests of shooters.)

All proceeds are donated to the 1&5 pot! Thank you for your support! (See pics for this years design).

White shirts are 100% polyester sports performance material (moisture wicking and UV protectant). Grey and Black are cotton blends, however, we have a small amount of grey and black sports performance. Please email jessica@fierce-marketing.com for more information!)

Due to feedback from last year a different application is used this year for the shirts and a new provider.

Please note that these styles run standard size, should the provider determine a style is running small you will be contacted for confirmation.

Shirts will be ordered to to what provides best pricing and will be based on availability from the supplier!

Secure your location to camp right on-site at the Helena Trap Club! There are two options: 1 night for $30 or 3 nights for $55! Hook-ups first come first served:)

2025 Season-end Shotgun Sisterhood Shoot-off and Awards Ceremony

Registration includes:

-One entry to attend the statewide Season-end Awards Ceremony and Sisterhood Shoot-off!

-Registration includes games with lots of opportunity to win $1000’s in prizes (available for shooters only, door prizes are not included)!

-Lunch

-Ammo for the first (100) 2025 W.S.S.A. League Participating Registrants

-The opportunity to meet new shotgun sisters and expand your tribe! Many gals have met their best friends through W.S.S.A.!

-Most importantly your fee goes to support, encourage, and inspire women shooters!

Registration Opens 9:30 a.m. until games are complete

Ceremony begins 10 a.m.

The Hilton has provided a block of rooms for Women Shooting Sports Association. First come first serve. $109/night. Cut-off date to register is August 5th, 2025.

The Helena Trap Club has graciously provided the opportunity for on-site camping.  Please select your option on check-out as all RV reservations are being managed by WSSA.  Thank you!

Additional Important Notes:

  • Due to the nature of this event upon registration all league fees are non-refundable after July 31st, for any reason, should you no-show or need to cancel for any reason, consider your fee a donation to W.S.S.A. and we will provide you a donation receipt for your tax return. (A $15 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations prior to August 1st!)
